Michael DePesa

Michael and his wife Sara relocated from Massachusetts to Georgetown Maine in 2008 after looking for a small, friendly, coastal Maine community. Together they enjoyed kayaking, fishing, hiking and gardening along the shores of Robinhood Cove. Reid State Park was a favorite get-away all year round.
After soaking up the best Maine can offer for 14 years and actively working as a Realtor from 2018 forward, Michael and Sara decided to move to the south coast of Massachusetts -- Rochester. They are now closer to their three children and five grandchildren and all their fun activities and sports. From their condo at The Village at Plumb Corner they can hear the local church bells. Rochester is an inland community that borders Marion, Wareham, Acushnet, and Mattapoisett, giving it a unique geographical location. You'll find plenty of woodland area, walking trails, cranberry bogs and farmland in Rochester, as it's pretty spread out and doesn't feature much industry. Our town was founded in 1686 and is 36 square miles with a population of roughly 5,500.
Michael now has a real estate license in both Maine and Massachusetts and prides himself on being in the perfect position to assist folks in making the move in either direction. If you are looking for an experienced Realtor with a personal knowledge of the mid coast of Maine and the south coast of Massachusetts, attention to detail, strong transaction management skills, with an engineering background look no further."
